Acceptance of these Terms
Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing qiwugpt.com, completing a free test, registering for a course or experience, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise using a Qiwu service, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented for the relevant service.
If you do not agree, you should not use the website or relevant service.
Website operator and scope
This website is operated under the Qiwu brand by Qiwu Rhyme Ventures and/or Attotech Enterprise, as applicable to the relevant service. “Qiwu”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the applicable operator.
These Terms apply to visitors, free-test users, customers, course or experience participants, and anyone who submits content or otherwise uses the website.
Nature of our services
Qiwu provides investment education, structured analysis support, probability and risk simulations, behavioural learning experiences, courses, content and related services.
Qiwu is not a fund manager, discretionary investment manager, broker or Signal-call service. We do not take custody of user funds or place trades on a user’s behalf.
Eligibility and user responsibilities
You must have the legal capacity and any required authorisation to use or purchase the relevant service. Where a user has not reached the age of majority, appropriate parent or guardian consent is required to the extent permitted by law and by the relevant service.
You are responsible for providing current and accurate registration, account, billing and contact information, protecting your own devices and accounts, and using the website lawfully.
Educational and research purpose
Website content, market analysis, examples, simulations, probability paths and experience results are provided for general education, research and decision-support purposes.
They do not constitute personalised investment, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice. You should independently verify material information and seek suitably qualified advice where appropriate.
AI and automatically generated content
AI 阿公 GPT is an Investment Decision Support System (IDSS). It may help organise chart information, market structure, trends, key levels, strategy conditions and risks through a structured process.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, delays, misunderstandings or incomplete information. It may not reflect current market conditions. Users must independently verify important information.
AI 阿公 GPT does not trade automatically, connect to a user’s trading account or make the user’s final investment decision.
Investment decisions and market risk
Financial markets are uncertain and losses may occur. Historical performance, examples, probability ranges, simulations and technical analysis do not guarantee future results.
All order, position, allocation, risk and exit decisions remain the user’s responsibility. Qiwu does not guarantee profit, return, win rate, market accuracy or any particular outcome.
Product-specific boundaries
十万滚上亿 is a strategy, risk-management, probability and long-term compounding simulation. Its name describes a simulation theme and is not a promise that any amount will become a particular future amount.
2036未来体验 is an investment-behaviour and probability simulation. It is not a prediction of personal wealth, fortune-telling, psychological diagnosis or medical assessment.
Orders, pricing and service information
Product descriptions, schedules, availability and prices may be changed, corrected or withdrawn where reasonably necessary. We may limit or refuse an order where information is inaccurate, the service is unavailable, the order appears unauthorised or unlawful, or another legitimate reason applies.
If we change or cancel an accepted order, we may contact you using the details provided at registration or purchase. Any separate written quotation, invoice or service agreement may contain additional terms.
Refunds and cancellations
For a scheduled course, workshop or experience, you may cancel your registration at least 7 days before the scheduled start date and receive a full refund of the relevant registration fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled start date are not refundable, unless mandatory law or a separate written service term requires otherwise.
If we cancel a scheduled course, workshop or experience, the relevant fee paid for that cancelled session will be refunded in full. Digital products, immediately delivered content and other services may be subject to separate refund terms disclosed before purchase.
Code of conduct and inclusive learning
Participants are expected to act professionally and respectfully. We are committed to an inclusive learning environment and do not tolerate harassment, bullying or unlawful discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability or another characteristic protected by law.
Disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or seriously offensive behaviour may result in removal from a course, experience, community or service. Any refund in such circumstances will be determined under the relevant service terms and applicable law.
User comments, feedback and submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. Your content must not infringe another person’s copyright, trade mark, privacy, personality or other rights, contain unlawful or abusive material, misrepresent its source, or include malicious code.
Where you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them to improve and communicate about our services, without revealing personal data unless permitted. We may monitor, edit or remove unlawful or seriously inappropriate content, but are not obliged to monitor every submission.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, brand assets, text, graphics, images, audio, course materials, system processes, simulations and other content are owned by Qiwu Rhyme Ventures, Attotech Enterprise and/or the relevant lawful rights holder, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, distribute, sell, resell, publish or commercially exploit course materials or another substantial part of the service without express written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Third-party platforms and tools
Some services may be provided through ChatGPT, OpenAI, messaging, payment, hosting or other third-party platforms. We do not control their availability, security, data practices or policy changes.
Your use of a third-party platform is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. Access to an optional third-party tool is provided on an “as available” basis without implying endorsement or control.
Prohibited uses
You must not use the website or service to:
- commit, encourage or facilitate an unlawful, fraudulent or misleading act;
- present Qiwu content as a guaranteed-profit, guaranteed-return or risk-free product;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- harass, abuse, threaten, defame or unlawfully discriminate against another person;
- submit false or misleading information;
- upload malicious code, interfere with security or attempt unauthorised access;
- collect personal data without authority, send spam, scrape the service or impersonate Qiwu; or
- resell or exploit the service without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach.
Service changes, errors and availability
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions and may update or discontinue a feature, product, price or service where reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that every service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or available at all times or in every location. Material changes to an accepted order will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant service terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, and except where a separate written agreement states otherwise, the website, content and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not make a guarantee regarding completeness, timeliness, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation or freedom from harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qiwu Rhyme Ventures, Attotech Enterprise and their relevant personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from market movements, user decisions, third-party platforms, inaccurate input, service interruption or use of the website, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any enforceable liability limit should be read together with the relevant invoice, written service agreement and applicable Malaysian consumer law.
Governing law
These Terms and any related service agreement are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional rules that apply to the user.
The appropriate forum and dispute process may also be stated in a separate written agreement for a particular service.

We may update these Terms when our services, practices or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
