1. Acceptance
By accessing or using a QIWU website, member account, subscription, educational tool, AI-supported function or related service, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable Privacy Policy and Investment Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Provider
These services are provided by Qiwu Rhyme Ventures (202303296357), Malaysia, unless a checkout page or service agreement identifies another contracting entity.
3. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and meet any minimum age or product-access requirement applicable in your location. QIWU may refuse or restrict access where required for legal, security or operational reasons.
4. Educational purpose
QIWU provides investment education, analytical frameworks, simulations and decision-support tools. The services do not provide guaranteed outcomes, managed investment services or personalised financial advice.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and activity conducted through your account. Do not share access, bypass account restrictions or allow unauthorised use.
6. Membership and payment
The price, currency, billing period, renewal method, included access and payment provider will be displayed at checkout. You authorise the applicable charges when you complete a purchase. Access may begin only after payment or activation is confirmed.
7. Cancellation, renewal and refunds
The cancellation, renewal and refund rules shown at checkout or in the applicable membership terms form part of these Terms. Statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or reproduce protected materials at scale, reverse engineer restricted functions, share paid access, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use QIWU output to misrepresent a guaranteed financial result.
9. Uploaded content
You retain responsibility for content you submit and confirm that you have the right to use it. You grant QIWU and its service providers the limited permission necessary to process that content for service delivery, security, support and lawful operational purposes.
10. Intellectual property
QIWU names, designs, educational materials, analysis frameworks, simulations, software interfaces, graphics and related content are owned by or licensed to QIWU and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
11. AI-generated output
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must independently review output before relying on it. QIWU may modify models, prompts, methods, limits and available features as the service develops.
12. Third-party services
Some functions depend on third-party providers. Their terms, privacy practices and availability may apply separately. QIWU is not responsible for events outside its reasonable control.
13. Service changes and availability
QIWU may update, suspend or discontinue a feature for maintenance, security, provider changes, legal requirements or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
14. Risk and responsibility
You remain responsible for financial decisions made after using QIWU content or tools. The Investment Risk Disclosure forms part of these Terms.
15. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of accuracy, profitability, fitness for a specific investment purpose or uninterrupted availability.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QIWU and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, consequential or investment losses arising from reliance on educational content, AI output, simulations, third-party services or user decisions. Any limitation must be interpreted subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use, infringement, unauthorised access sharing or breach of these Terms.
18. Termination
QIWU may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, misuse, security, legal compliance or material breach. Provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional rules that apply to you.
20. Changes
QIWU may update these Terms as services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel, and the updated date will be shown on this page.
